Chole Masala powder is used to make the curry or gravy of Chole Masala dish. It is made using Coriander, Cumin, Pepper, Clove, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Mace, Fennel, Carraway Seeds, Dry Red Chilli, Kasuri Methi, and Turmeric.
